Thanks so much Shelagh! The French Laundry cookbook is great. It has some great recipes and thecniques used by world renowned Chef, Thomas Keller. It also gives a history of the restaurant and where the name comes from. Truly a great read. You can borrow it from the Downtown Halifax Library…enjoy!
