Below is a little bit of web history in the making. Now, I wouldn’t say I have a fear of public speaking (I am a PR gal after all), but where others in my graduating class have gone on to media relations I’ve hidden behind the safety of my computer screen doing the whole online communications thing. That is, until Monday. Here’s my live chat with Giles Crouch (a.k.a. Webconomist) about all things social media.

Aside from the beautimous necklace…Excellent interview that demonstrates a) how instrumental you’ve been in helping to put new media on the agenda here in Halifax; b) how creative you are; and, c) how genuinely kind and intelligent you are. Glad that MSVU PR was mentioned right away… and then later, too! (It was OUR honour to have you in our class.) Fantastic, too, that you were able to give a shout out to All Rights Reserved.
You are a social media impresario
PS I’m a PR grad too.
dr d: Thank you for the kind words. It really was a wonderful experience coming in to speak to your class.
Gifted: *blush* It never ceases to amaze me how many PR grads are around Halifax, doing very different things!
