I am from the east coast and what I love best about it is being able to say "well, I'm from Cape Breton" and that just explains everything. It is akin to spitting and wearing purple when I am old. I can get away with soooooo much! Donairs, I think, can eat away your stomach lining and double as colostomy bags, so you are definitely on the right track with your gastronomical alliances!
